What sessions are like
Warm, intuitive, and meeting you where you are.
Most sessions include meditating together with real-time coaching — I guide you through a practice and offer adjustments as we go, rather than just talking about meditation in the abstract.
I draw from vipassana, Unified Mindfulness, and non-dual awareness traditions, which means we have a wide range of tools to work with. Some sessions are about learning a new technique. Others are about working through something specific you are carrying. Others are about finding ways to weave mindfulness into the particular shape of your day.
My aim is to meet you at your depth — whether that means how to get started with meditation, working with the specific challenges that come up in your practice, or something else entirely. I want to help you find the practices that you enjoy and make them feel alive and useful in your day-to-day life.
